COME LET US REASON TOGETHER

CLARION CALL TO SONS AND DAUGTERS OF THE APOSTOLIC CHURCH IN DIASPORA

We have read and heard of so many versions of the origin of this great vision known as “The Apostolic Church”. However this piece is purposely directed to all true sons and daughters of The Apostolic Church scattered all over the Western World, Australia and Asia. I am directing this piece to children of Superintendents, Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Overseers, Presiding Elders, Elders, Deacons and Deaconesses. Be you male, female, married, single or widowed.
I am directing this piece to those who have been Choristers, Witnesses with our white uniforms,and Sunday school students, years back in Nigeria, (Ebute- Metta Eko Ile, Maroko, Apapa Oshodi, Agege, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Ilesha, Ipetumodu, Offa, Ilorin, Kabba, Zaria, Kano etc.) I trust we still remember our rules of belief, rules of conduct and the tenets of the church which was part of the process in our spiritual growth and development.

If you are in any of these categories, I am directing this piece to you because we know each other and can understand the premise from where this message is emanating. The solid teaching in which we were spiritually baked, moulded and prepared for this present age is fast eroding and God forbid if we open our eyes and let our glorious heritage slip away from our hands. Our parents living and dead; even God will not be happy with us if we allow this to happen, hence this clarion call.

Being in ‘Rome’ should not make us act like the ‘Romans’ as most of us are now doing. That is not why God allowed us passage out of Nigeria and brought us to Europe or America, Australia or Asia. Rather He brings us first and foremost to maintain and solidify our faith and secondly to exalt Him our Lord and Savior in our new country of sojourn, that the inhabitants might realize the awesomeness of our God in the way we worship Him. Let us read Psalm 137:1-6, Daniel Chapter 1.

It is unfortunate that many have mingled themselves with other denominations because of physical and material attractions dangled before them. - Like Lot in Sodom. Have we forgotten that all that glitters are not gold? Our parents gave birth to us, nurtured us  into great men and women through God’s grace and the sound doctrine of The Apostolic Church, but we have taken all those great things imparted on us to other denominations, churches and ministries and that which rightly belongs to us we allow them to lie in waste and disrepair..

This call is for us all to come back and take care of what belong to us, If we yield to this call, The Apostolic Church most especially in Europe and America can boast of mega churches in countries like Great Britain, Germany, France, Denmark to mention a few and in California, Illinois, Texas, North and South Dakota, North and South Carolina, Georgia, New York, New Jersey Louisiana and Oklahoma to mention few of the states in USA.

Let us read 1Corinthians 10:1-6.

This call is to do what Nehemiah did concerning the wall of Jerusalem. Let us take care of our inheritance so that we may eat the good of the land. - Isaiah 1:19
