2011 –YEAR OF COMFORT, MIRACLE MANIFESTATION AND RESTORATION: II KINGS 7:1-20

Welcome into our website, welcome into the New Year and most importantly welcome into a New Decade.

God has never abandon and He will never abandon His people; but there is an urgent need for God’s people to identify themselves clearly in this perverse world before they can enjoy God’s companionship and benefits.
 
God’s message unto His people for the Year 2011 reveals among others that:-

1. This year God shall bring comfort unto His people.
2. This year, God shall release miracle manifestations unto His people.
3. This year, God shall command restoration unto the lives of His people.

2011 YEAR OF COMFORT – II KINGS 7:1

God is the same yesterday, today and forever. When God’s people were besieged by the enemy and their city was ravaged by famine, God brought comfort to them through His mouth piece, prophet Elisha saying; "Listen to the word of the LORD; thus says the LORD, 'Tomorrow about this time a measure of fine flour will be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria.'" (NASB)
The same is the message for the year 2011. Man's extremity is God's opportunity of making His own power to be glorious: His time to appear for His people is when their strength is gone
Our up-to-date economic related experiences as they adversely affect individuals, families, homes communities and churches will soon be over as we receive in faith this message of divine comfort. 
Through His spoken word, His people shall receive comfort in the year 2011 and the harsh experience of the moment shall cease and they shall become history.

2011 YEAR OF MIRACLE MANIFESTATION – II KINGS 7: 6-7

Human efforts have not yielded the desired results because man is limited. Our God is Almighty and can do all things. Through His divine intervention the tormentors of God’s people were humbled and defeated. 
‘ For the Lord had caused the army of the Syrians to hear the noise of chariots and the noise of horses—the noise of a great army; so they said to one another, “Look, the king of Israel has hired against us the kings of the Hittites and the kings of the Egyptians to attack us!”  Therefore they arose and fled at twilight, and left the camp intact—their tents, their horses, and their donkeys—and they fled for their lives. (NKJ)
This is a picture of His Miracle Manifestation promised to us this New Year and it can never fail. God shall send His host of angels to confront situations that brings us to where we are at the moment. When He commands the waves and the seas obey Him, circumstances obey the command of His voice because He creates them all. When He decides to do His cleansing no one can stop Him and the time of God’s House keeping is now.

2011 YEAR OF RESTORATION – II KINGS 7:15-16

When we look back and recount our losses, failures and disappointments, we feel greatly depressed due to the hopelessness of the circumstance we find ourselves in. God wants us to wait patiently because our time of restoration has come. His word today says so; therefore let us rise and possess our possession.
The men rode as far as the Jordan River. All along the way they saw clothes and equipment that the Syrians had thrown away as they escaped. Then they went back to the king and told him what they had seen. At once the people went to the Syrian camp and carried off what was left. They took so much that a large sack of flour and two large sacks of barley sold for almost nothing, just as the LORD had promised. (CEV)
All our needs shall be met this year in a similar fashion, in a way we little thought of .and this should encourage us to depend upon the power and goodness of God in our greatest straits. God's promise should be completely relied upon, because none of His word shall fall to the ground.
He is God of times and seasons. He creates the time of famine and He creates the time of abundance. Let us rise in faith and bid joblessness, lay offs, foreclosures and the likes; good bye and let us welcome a new world economic order that will guarantee great living conditions to all.

God’s people need to put their trust in God, identify with Him in situation and circumstances. Temptation, tempest, storm and whirlwind shall never cease but in the midst of them all the word of God says  ”Those who trust in Yahweh are as Mount Zion, which can't be moved, but remains forever.” World English Bible
